Celtics-Lakers Is Now A Reality

The Boston Celtics, surviving one of the single worst foul calls in the history of foul calls on Paul Pierce in the third quarter (you have to see it to believe it), outscored the Detroit Pistons 29-13 in the 4th quarter and won 89-81. An absolutely tremendous fourth quarter for Paul Pierce who took over the game, showing the grit he had in Game 7 against Cleveland, a maturity we wished he had in year's past, the captain was the MAN for the Celts down the stretch. James Posey also had a huge steal to help seal it, and the team that couldn't win a road game against Atlanta or Cleveland takes 2 out of 3 in Detroit and moves on. Game 1 of the Finals is on Thursday night on ABC, I know I will be watching.
