UPDATE: Someone pooped in the punch bowl
9:10AM-If you are trying to reach us from the Big Jab forums, then, well, you are screwed for a little while, as the forums are getting revamped. There will be a big announcement on WJAB tomorrow, and I may or may not know what's coming, but it is their announcement, they should be allowed to make it. Meanwhile, words from Bob Dylan...

Is Shoe going back on his meds?
Am i getting fired?
Yes, and Ryan is replacing you and they are expanding his slot to 12-7.
So how long will the Jab be around? I'm guessing as soon as the sporting news contract is up, it will be done. Chris - You do a great job, but I'd start looking, if I was you.
-sighs-
I didn't know partnership meant I was getting fired. And here I thought this was a good thing.
what anonymous was really saying was this - i have no idea how radio works and would like to say something really dumb without attaching my name to it. i will now go back to shoving my head squarley up my ass
Nice, Matty, Its almost like the Jab here. Post something someone disagrees with and then the profanity starts.
Chris, I wish you well, but most peopel feel that once the contract with sporting news is up, you guys are done.
Hey Anon...who the hell is "most people"? Why are those opinions worth ANYTHING. Shoe how little you really know about the radio biz. 1 - What the hell would SNR have to do with Shoe, Joe and Chris' success? Answer NOTHING. ESPN is free to 870 and SNR is free to TBJ. They both get ad time, thats it. No cash transactions. So again what would SNR have to do with TBJ? The answer is still nothing. WEEI's move to Atlantic Coast Radio is a WIN WIN for TBJ. There will be more advertisers, which means more money!!!!! and more visibility. This is a bottom line biz and an whether you want to open your earholes or not, The Big Jab supported all 3 ACR stations..and they will do the same...I love ignorant Haters..
BTW don't be shocked is SNR is replaced by ESPN very shortly...so wronng again
