Saturday Morning Quick Hitters

The Boston Celtics toyed with the Milwaukee Bucks in the 1st half before finally putting them away in the 2nd half 101 - 89. Paul Pierce had a double double 18 pts and 10 rebounds to lead the Celtics. Richard Jefferson led the way for the Bucks with 20. West Virgina Pride was alive and well when Joe Alexander nailed a 3 pointer late in the 4th quarter

Allan Iverson started his 1st game with the Pistons against the New jersey Nets, but Nets guard Devin Harris stole the show with 38 points. The Nets beat the Pistons 103 - 96

The San Antonio Spurs terrible start just got worse. Not only did they lose 99 - 83 to the Miami Heat to start the season 1 - 4, but guard Tony Parker sprained an ankle in the loss and could miss a month.
