It was 39 years ago today- The University of Maine Black Bears Baseball Team finished off a sweep of #1 Binghamton at Orono Saturday. Maine pitching held Binghamton to a total of 10 hits over the 2 games, beating Binghamton 11 - 2 and 2 - 0 in the nightcap. Maine plays another double header today against Binghamton.

- The Boston Bruins try to start a historic comback from the Garden tonight on the 39th Anniversary of the Greatest Goal in Boston Bruins History..Bobby Orr of course. The Bruins are trailing the Carolina Hurricanes 3 - 1 in the semi final series
