Red Claws Mascot To Be Unveiled Sunday

The Maine Red Claws will publicly unveil their mascot, Crusher, for the first time during the Portland Sea Dogs home game on Sunday, August 23. Head Coach Austin Ainge will throw out the ceremonial first pitch (approximately 12:45 PM), and the Maine Red Claws Dance Team will perform pregame (approximately 12:30 PM). Crusher will be introduced by video before making his first public appearance. He will also assist the Sea Dogs’ mascot, Slugger, with the traditional Kids Race and will lead his first ever YMCA.
