- The Red Sox had another bad night in Tampa, falling to the Rays 6-4 and dropping 2 and a half games behind New York. Yankees/Red Sox kick off their 4 game series tonight in New York with John Smoltz on the mound against Joba Chamberlain.
- Sea Dogs shut-out Altoona 9-0 last night and end their series with the Curve today at noon (game is sold-out, but the CMSB will be bringing you coverage).
