  • The Sea Dogs earned a split with Trenton yesterday, losing game one 3-1 and winning game 2 2-1. Kelly started game 2 and went 3 innings, as he is still working on a strict pitch count. You can catch the recap, and postgame audio with Arnie Beyeler and Casey Kelly at Hadlock Headlines.
  • Kevin Garnett will be suspended for Game 2 against the Miami Heat for throwing an elbow at Quentin Richardson in Game 1. The irony of course, is that Rasheed Wallace will fill in for KG, ad "Sheed has thrown the whole year (ba-dum-cha).
  • The Bruins return home to face the Sabres tonight, and the Sabres will most likely be without Thomas Vanek, who suffered a high ankle sprain in Monday's game.

Red Sox Lineup is: Scutaro SS, Pedroia 2B, Martinez C, Youkilis 1B, Ortiz DH, Beltre 3B, Drew RF, Hall CF, Hermida LF and Lackey RHP
  • The Pirates fell to the Monarchs again, and are now down 2-0 in their best of 7 series.
