PEDROIA HAD A CAREER NIGHT GOING 5-5 AND 3 HRS

So yeah, that's 5 hours of my life I never get back.

Red Sox
Jonathan Papelbon couldn't get out of Colorado fast enough, but the Red Sox rode the Dustin Pedroia laser show to a 13-11 win that conjured up memories of Dante Bichette and Larry Walker.

Dice-K was activated before the game, and Mike Lowell was put on the DL with a bruised ego...errr...hip issues. (Check out the headline at ESPN. Laugh accordingly).

Celtics
The Celtics surprised all the NBA draftniks and other folks in the media, keeping their picks and selecting 2 players they hope can contribute right away.

Doc Rivers didn't sound like a guy ready to walk away quite yet in this article (IMO, of course).

Bruins
With apologies to Rod Stewart, tonight's the night! Taylor or Tyler will be walking through that door, and the Bruins might never be the same (or the guy will be a colossal bust and Peter Chiarelli will be run out of town).

Johnny Boychuk is back.

Patriots
Gary Guyton has re-signed for 2 years. That sound you hear is Logan Mankins smashing cars with his bare hands.

Sea Dogs
The Sea Dogs lost a late lead and the game to Altoona. Mike Antonellis has the story for us at Hadlock Headlines.
