The hits keep on coming for the New England Patriots.

Veteran 3rd down back Kevin Faulk is reportedly done for the season after tearing his ACL, according to a tweet from Shalise Mansa Young.

Faulk, a 1999 draft pick out of LSU, has been a stalwart of the Pats offense for years. Danny Woodhead, acquired last week as a free agent, may replace him as the third down back.
