Several media outlets are reporting that Manny Ramirez is being pursued by the San Fransico Giants--what better way to cover up the Barry Zito disaster? While the Giants have a need for a bat in the lineup, you have to wonder if the Giants are actually looking at him or if Scott Boras is getting so desperate to get Manny signed he is trying to create a market for him.
Two questions remain though; can Giants' fans deal with another personality in left field, and will Manny's Predator do be the next hairstyle to catch on in the Bay Area, or will it be Randy Johnson's Bill Ray Cyrus.
