
The Erie BayHawks (2-5) dropped a third straight to the Maine Red Claws (7-1) 96 – 75 at the Tullio Arena.
The Red Claws offensive attack was once again powered by NBA assignees and players with NBA experience, led by Trey Gilder with 23 points and 10 assists to cap a double-double performance. Celtics assignee Lester Hudson added 17 points and Alexis Ajinca on loan from the Charlotte Bobcats notched 14 in a performance that saw Maine never trail the struggling BayHawks.
The Bayhawks were led by Donell Taylor with a game high 27 points. Cedric Jackson notched a double-double with 12 points and 11 assists on the night. Three BayHawks scored in double figures with Jackie Manuel, Ivan Harris and Alade Aminu all chipping in with 10 point performances.
