George Steinbrenner Passes Away
The New York Daily News was the first to report that Yankees owner George Steinbrenner passed away this morning at the age of 80 years old.
Steinbrenner bought the Yankees in 1973, and saw the team win 11 pennants and 7 World Series Titles.
